ASEF Training & Youth Summit 2026 in Indonesia (Fully Funded)
By Admin Applications are now open for the ASEF Training & Youth Summit 2026 in Indonesia, a fully funded international opportunity for young professionals interested in science, technology, innovation, and diplomacy. Organized by the Asia-Europe Foundation (ASEF), this unique program combines online training with an in-person youth summit in Jakarta, providing participants with valuable international exposure and networking opportunities.
The program begins with onboarding and networking activities in July and August 2026, followed by a six-week online training course from 1 September to 8 October 2026. During this phase, participants will attend expert-led webinars, interactive workshops, and collaborative discussions focused on Science and Technology Diplomacy.
Outstanding participants from the online training will then be invited to attend the Asia-Europe Youth Summit in Jakarta, Indonesia, from 19–23 October 2026. The summit will bring together young professionals from across Asia and Europe to exchange ideas, discuss global challenges, and explore cooperation in science and technology diplomacy.

Eligibility Criteria:
- Be early-career professionals
- Be 35 years old or younger
- Have strong written and spoken English skills
- Be working in science, technology, innovation, international relations, diplomacy, or related fields
- Be employed in one of the eligible Asian or European countries
Note: Undergraduate students and PhD students/candidates are not eligible to apply.
