Applications are now open for the One Young World Ilia Calderón Scholarship 2026, a fully funded opportunity for outstanding young leaders from Latin America and the Caribbean to attend the One Young World Summit 2026 in Cape Town, South Africa.
Offered by One Young World in partnership with the Jang Calderón Family Foundation, this scholarship recognizes young changemakers who are leading innovative initiatives that create positive social impact in their communities. Selected participants will join global leaders, entrepreneurs, policymakers, and fellow changemakers to exchange ideas, build international networks, and amplify the impact of their work.
The scholarship covers travel, accommodation, meals, local transportation, visa costs, and full access to the summit, making it an excellent opportunity for emerging leaders to gain global exposure without any financial burden.

Eligibility Criteria:
To apply for the One Young World Ilia Calderón Scholarship 2026, applicants must:
Be 18–30 years old.
Be a citizen of one of the eligible countries in Latin America or the Caribbean.
Be leading an innovative initiative or project that creates a positive impact in their community.
Demonstrate strong leadership potential and commitment to social change.
